Hinckley Allen’s Robert G. Petix, Jr. is co-presenting a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) lecture in Connecticut on fiduciary income taxation. The CLE will help attendees understand basic concepts and issues in estate taxation, explore principles of income taxation of trusts, review income reportable by fiduciaries, examine deductions, calculations, credits and payments, and review sample completed 1041 forms and schedules. CLE credits will be offered.
