Hinckley Allen Associate Laurel M. Gilbert will be presenting at the National Business Institute’s (NBI) Human Resource Law Seminar: “Safeguard Employers and Maximize Legal Protections.” Laurel will provide practice tips on Employee Handbooks and Policies, including guidelines for whether your organization should or should not have a handbook, ensuring that handbook style fits with corporate culture, how to revise an old handbook or policy and starting anew, as well as boilerplate language.
