Laura, a partner in the Firm's Litigation Group, focuses her practice in the area of white collar defense and government investigations. Laura represents individuals and corporations in matters involving federal and state authorities and investigative bodies across the construction, health care, pharmaceutical and medical device and financial services industries. She has handled numerous civil and criminal false claims, mail and wire fraud, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), off-label, anti-kickback, and public corruption investigations. She has conducted dozens of internal investigations and regularly counsels clients on best practices for establishing and implementing compliance programs.
