Hinckley Allen Partner, Peter J. Martin was recognized by Engineering News-Record as one of the Tri-State areas Top 20 under 40 for 2015. Additionally, Peter was the only attorney noted in this group. Each year, ENR recognizes up-and-coming leaders in the construction industry for both contributions to the industry and community.

As an experienced construction litigator, Peter represents general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, design professionals and sureties in court, arbitration and mediation. He has significant first-chair trial experience, handling complex issues in a variety of construction disputes achieving positive results for clients.

To earn this distinction, Top 20 under 40, nominees had to impress ENR’s independent panel of judges with their accomplishments in the following areas: industry leadership; career progress; community outreach; and involvement in landmark or sustainable projects.
