Hinckley Allen today announced that the following attorneys have been elevated to Partner: John L. Arnold, Christopher V. Fenlon, David S. Hirsch, Seth M. Pasakarnis, Nathan R. Sabourin, and Michael J. Tentindo. These attorneys assumed their new positions effective January 1, 2018.

John L. Arnold practices in the Real Estate group and focuses on commercial real estate, including acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, and land use work. John also represents clients in a wide variety of real estate related litigation.
Christopher V. Fenlon practices in the Litigation group and is focused on the area of business litigation, government enforcement and white collar defense, and construction litigation. Chris provides thoughtful representation to a variety of clients, including banks and financial services companies, medical providers, public agencies, construction firms, and individuals. He was named a Rising Star in Albany, NY by Super Lawyers in 2016 and 2017.
David S. Hirsch is a Partner in the Corporate & Business group and has a broad range of transactional experience. His practice focuses in all areas of corporate and business law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities, commercial lending, corporate finance, and tax-exempt finance.
Seth M. Pasakarnis, of the Construction & Public Contracts group, is focused on all aspects of the construction industry. He frequently advises clients on bidding issues, contract negotiation and drafting, payment issues, liens and bonds, litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution.
Nathan R. Sabourin practices in the Construction & Public Contracts group. Nathan works with corporations, contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, and design professionals on a wide array of commercial and construction matters. He was named a Rising Star in Upstate NY by Super Lawyers in 2016 and 2017.
Michael J. Tentindo of the Corporate & Business group, focuses on business law, with an emphasis in the areas of business aviation, corporate finance, corporate trust, commercial lending, and mergers and acquisitions. Mike was named a Rising Star in Massachusetts by Super Lawyers in 2016 and 2017.
