Hinckley Allen Promotes Victoria Lane and John Pariseault to Partner


Hinckley Allen is proud to announce that Victoria P. Lane and John R. Pariseault have been elected partners of the firm, effective January 1, 2015.

“Vickie and John have made tremendous contributions to their clients, their practice groups, and the firm,” said David J. Rubin, Managing Partner at Hinckley Allen. “I’m proud to recognize Vickie and John’s outstanding performance by welcoming them into our partnership.”

Based in Hinckley Allen’s Albany office, Vickie represents and advises individual, corporate and not-for-profit clients in a variety of state and federal civil and criminal litigation matters, regulatory proceedings, government investigations and corporate internal investigations. Vickie specializes in white collar criminal defense/government investigations and complex civil litigation. Her work in these areas includes representing companies and individuals in cases of financial fraud, State and Federal false claims act violations, securities violations, foreign bribery, political corruption and business disputes. Additionally, Vickie counsels clients on e-discovery and compliance issues. Vickie serves as an officer and board member of the Legal Project, a not-for-profit legal services organization that provides legal services to the working poor in the Capital District. Vickie received her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. from State University of New York at Albany.

John is a member of the Commercial Real Estate practice and is based out of Hinckley Allen’s Providence and Boston offices. John counsels clients in the acquisition, development, sale, leasing and financing of commercial real estate throughout the Northeast. A significant portion of John’s practice involves negotiating ground leases, retail leases and office leases, as well as the formation, negotiation, structuring and governance of sophisticated real estate joint ventures. John also regularly advises developers on the requirements for satisfying the complex land use regulations applicable to large-scale commercial projects. He received his J.D from University of California, Hastings College of the Law and his B.A. from Brown University.
