Now in its third year, the award program recognizes Connecticut’s top general and specialty litigation departments. The panel of judges reviewed each firm based on its litigation successes in 2014 and the overall impact of the results.

Hinckley Allen’s construction litigation team in Hartford secured a number of noteworthy successes in 2014 year, including confirmation of a multimillion dollar arbitration award—potentially the largest award against an architect in Connecticut’s history—for Stonington Water Street Associates (SWSA), the developer of the Stonington Commons Community in the Borough of Stonington, CT.
