Hinckley Allen Welcomes Five New Associates


Hinckley Allen is proud to welcome several new attorneys to its offices across the Northeast. Kimberly Sullivan has joined the firm’s Concord office as a member of the litigation practice group. Additionally, Alexander J. Miska, Daniel “DJ” Jeng, Alexa T. Millinger, and Jessica Y. Wang — the latter three hires were members of Hinckley Allen’s summer associate program — have joined the firm as first year associates.

Kimberly Sullivan joins Hinckley Allen’s Concord office with a background in complex commercial litigation, including class actions, contracts, fiduciary duties, securities, appeals, bankruptcy, and trade secret misappropriation cases in both state and federal courts. She received her J.D. from William & Mary School of Law in 2008 and her B.A in Psychological and Brain Sciences from Dartmouth College in 2005. Kimberly most recently worked as an associate at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP in New York until August of 2014.

Daniel “DJ” Jeng has joined Hinckley Allen’s Boston office as part of the Corporate group. He graduated from Boston University School of Law, where he served as an Executive Editor on the Review of Banking and Financial Law and as Mentorship Chair at the BU Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. His prior work experience includes work at the Harvard Management Company, the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and an Internet marketing start-up in New York City. He graduated from Tufts University in 2009 with a degree in Economics and Psychology.

Alexa T. Millinger has joined the Litigation group in the Hartford office. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she served as Symposium Editor of the Connecticut Law Review and member of the Connecticut Moot Court Board. Prior to law school, Alexa served as Executive Director for the Instituto Cultural Reinaldo Macchi, a private middle and high school in rural Paraguay. Alexa graduated from George Washington University in 2009 with a degree in International Affairs and is fluent in Spanish.

Alexander J. Miska has joined the Corporate and Tax groups in Hinckley Allen’s Hartford office. He graduated from Boston College Law School where he served as an editor on the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest. Prior to joining Hinckley Allen, Alex interned with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ State and Local Tax practice and the Litigation Bureau of the Massachusetts Department of Revenue. Alex graduated from Boston College in 2011 with a degree in History and Economics.

Jessica Y. Wang has joined the firm’s Providence office as an associate in the Real Estate group. She is a graduate of the Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, Jessica worked for the Institute for Public Representation and represented clients before the Federal Trade Commission and Federal Communications Commission with regard to media policy and online privacy issues. She was an editor of The Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics and served as a Law Fellow of the Georgetown Law Writing Center. Jessica graduated from Brown with a degree in International Relations.
