Hinckley Allen Welcomes New Associate Jason C. Williams to Its Litigation Practice Group

Hinckley Allen is pleased to welcome Jason C. Williams to its litigation practice group. Jason was most recently an associate in the Boston office of McCarter & English, LLP.
Jason focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation. He has represented clients in patent based Section 337 investigations before the U.S. International Trade Commission. He has served as trial counsel on over 80 patent infringement actions in federal district courts. He handles all aspects of a case from the initial investigation and pre-suit diligence to the filing of pleadings, the conduct of fact and expert discovery, depositions, Markman hearings, motion practice and trials. Jason has litigated matters involving diverse technologies, including microprocessors and integrated circuits, anti-piracy software, instant messaging, optical disc drives, telecommunications, and LED lighting systems.
Jason earned his J.D. from William & Mary School of Law, where he was involved in the Mid-Atlantic Black Student Associate in two roles, Regional Director of Community Service and Editor-In-Chief, as well as the Director of External Relations of the Student Intellectual Property Society. Jason received a B.S.E.E. in Electrical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where he concentrated his studies on computer hardware design and microelectronics technology & design.
