Paul has been advising business clients in all aspects of general corporate and business law for over 25 years. He has broad experience in representing corporate business clients and advising in-house counsel across a wide spectrum of corporate, business, and financial matters including financings, mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, asset disposition transactions, as well as day to day legal challenges, all of which give him the experience and perspective necessary to assist clients in accomplishing their business objectives. Paul works with a range of clients in a variety of industries and sizes, from small, closely held family businesses, to large international corporations.
Paul also has considerable experience in corporate restructurings, workouts, bankruptcy, insolvency, and commercial law. He has represented both debtors and creditors in out-of-court restructurings, workouts, and coordinated wind-down and liquidation processes. Paul has represented various stakeholders in all aspects of Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases, including secured and unsecured creditors, landlords, trade creditors, debtors, creditors’ committees, and trustees. He has advised numerous clients in connection with assets sales conducted through the bankruptcy process.
