As a member of the Litigation group, Becca’s practice concentrates on complex business matters including intellectual property disputes and employment law litigation. She has prosecuted and defended contract disputes across a variety of industries and intellectual property matters including patent, trade secret, copyright, and trademark suits. Becca also represents parties in non-compete and employment discrimination cases in federal and state courts and agencies.  Her practice encompasses strategic advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment concerns as well as issues involving intellectual property and proprietary information.

Becca has experience in all phases of litigation starting with initial investigation. She has argued Markman, discovery, and summary judgment motions and has tried cases to verdict and through appeal. In addition, her time working in-house at a large health care company provides Becca with unique insight into practical business concerns.
