Tara Singh

Tara advises clients in internal and government-initiated investigations and in complex civil litigation. Her experience includes representing clients in matters involving the False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback violations concerning off-label promotion, Medicare supervision requirements, and HIPAA violations, as well as federal securities laws. In addition, Tara has experience litigating commercial landlord and tenant disputes, and advising financial institutions on matters involving state and federal privacy laws.

Tara graduated from Boston University School of Law and received her B.A. in Political Science from Boston University. During law school, Tara participated in the Criminal Law Clinic and acted as the lead prosecutor in several criminal matters. Prior to law school, Tara served as a paralegal for the U.S. Department of Justice on a variety of white collar cases involving Healthcare Fraud, Securities Fraud, and the federal Anti-Kickback Statute.
