Paul will be discussing “Estate Planning in the Shadow of ‘Tax Reform.'” In his discussion, he will cover the significant impact on the use of current Estate Planning techniques if the tax “reform” is enacted, and strategies that should be considered. Additionally, attendees will gain a legal perspective on gifts, GRATS, Charitable Remainder Trusts and maintaining flexibility in estate planning documents to respond to tax law changes.
