Hinckley Allen Welcomes Associate Kate N. Kishfy to Its Trusts & Estates Practice


Hinckley Allen is pleased to welcome back Kate N. Kishfy to its Trusts & Estates practice. Kate was most recently a Development and Planned Giving Officer at The Rhode Island Foundation, and prior to that, an associate at Hinckley Allen.

Kate’s practice is focused in the area of trusts and estates, including estate planning, estate and trust administration, income tax planning and charitable giving. In particular, Kate is experienced in drafting estate plans which are designed to accomplish wealth transfer objectives, while also minimizing tax burdens. Kate is also experienced in probate and trust administration, including representing fiduciaries in the settlement of estates.

Kate earned her J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude as valedictorian, and was the Executive Articles editor for the Roger Williams University Law Review. Kate also received an M.A. from Lesley University, as well as a B.A. from Brown University, magna cum laude.

We are happy Kate has decided to return to Hinckley Allen and look forward to her continued growth at the Firm.
