Hinckley Allen is pleased to welcome Carol H. Peters as Counsel in the Firm’s Intellectual Property Group. Carol is a skilled trademark, patent, copyright, social media and advertising law attorney with a breadth of knowledge from her experiences as inside and outside counsel. She will support the Firm’s offices throughout New England and New York, and will be resident in the Boston office. Carol most recently served as Trademark Counsel at Keurig Green Mountain, where she managed their large global trademark portfolio.

Carol brings more than 15 years of experience to Hinckley Allen, including:
- Counseling business on selection, proper use, protection, and commercialization of brand names, trademarks, copyrights, and creative content.
- Supporting domestic and international business expansions, including advising stakeholders on all aspects of trademark, copyright, domain name, social media and advertising law, and product packaging issues relative to marketplace.
- Managing a large global consumer products trademark portfolio, including handling all aspects of U.S. and foreign trademark prosecution, registration, maintenance, and enforcement.
