Alicia has experience within Trusts & Estates in a variety of legal and fiduciary capacities. Through her experience, Alicia has mastered writing and research skills specific to Trusts & Estates, including drafting and reviewing estate plans, probate, administration, wrongful death, and guardianship proceedings, interim and final accountings, and guardian ad litem reports. Alicia has prepared numerous legal research memorandums on various Trusts & Estates related issues, such as utilizing the current tax laws to maximize client savings, kinship hearing and litigation strategy, as well as summaries for clients regarding special needs planning and charitable gifting.

Alicia’s work has allowed her to build a reputation as a strong communicator who understands the sensitive nature of clients’ wealth and legacy concerns. Alicia believes that the best approach to estate planning and administration is through a client-focused and professional team-centric approach.
