Tracy’s practice focuses in the areas of pension and employee benefits law. She advises clients on all aspects of employee benefits and ERISA, including plan design and implementation, plan administration and compliance, Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor audits. Tracy handles employee benefits issues arising out of mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions, executive compensation, and group health & welfare benefit plan issues including COBRA and HIPAA.
