A liquor control state issued requests for proposal to retain private warehouse, distribution and transportation providers to receive, store, ship and transport the state’s and its suppliers,’ licensees’ spirits and wine throughout the state. As a result of our counsel and representation, the companies were able to successfully secure the awards for the state’s warehouse, distribution and motor transportation carrier services contracts.
