Hinckley Allen attorneys are participating in the panel discussion, “Deal Me In! An Overview of Gaming in Massachusetts”moderated by the Honorable Martha Coakley. Hosted by the ABA Criminal Justice Section, White Collar Crime Committee Fall Roundtable, the panel will focus on the recently adjudicated U.S. v. De Nunzio et al. case. The panel includes members of the prosecution and defense teams in that matter, in which the defendants were acquitted of conspiracy and wire-fraud charges related to the alleged concealment of pre-transaction ownership interests of real property, located in Everett, Mass., on which the Commonwealth’s first resort-casino is currently being built.
