ACC Northeast: Unlocking the Algorithm, AI from the In-house Counsel’s Desk

Date: June 05, 2026
Time: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm

Hinckley Allen is proud to sponsor the ACC Northeast 2026 AI Summit, “Integrating (AI)intelligence: Enhancing and Elevating In-House Counsel.” Hosted by the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Northeast Chapter, the summit will bring together in-house counsel and business leaders to explore the evolving legal, regulatory, and operational challenges surrounding AI.

As part of the program, B. Stephanie Siegmann, Co-Chair of the firm’s Artificial Intelligence Group and Chair of the Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection Practice, will lead a panel discussion during Session 4, “From Compliance to Courtroom: Navigating AI Risks for In-House Counsel.” The session will feature a discussion with in-house industry leaders examining the expanding spectrum of AI-related risks organizations face today—from regulatory compliance obligations to emerging litigation exposure. Panelists will share practical strategies for identifying vulnerabilities, assessing organizational impact, and implementing proactive risk mitigation measures as companies increasingly integrate AI into their operations. Stephanie leverages extensive experience advising clients on AI governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, internal investigations, regulatory compliance, and national security matters.
