Hinckley Allen Partner Ron Ciotti will be presenting at this year’s Healthcare Design Expo & Conference. Ron and Brian Perlberg of ConsensusDocs will discuss how to understand when the diagnosis calls for pure Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) or other collaborative methods, such as LEAN. Ron will explore specific project histories and will compare and contrast projects that made “pivot point” decisions on delivering projects. The presenters will evaluate why those decision were made by the project stakeholders, and the techniques used. The session will focus on how you can draw lessons from these examples in tailoring your approach for your next project, including contractually decision. The state of the art in IPD contractual approach will be evaluated, including new industry standard forms.
