In light of the recent affirmative action decision by the United States Supreme Court, Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. President & Fellows of Harvard College and Students for Fair Admissions, Inc. v. University of North Carolina, and the lawsuits against certain law firms that immediately followed, it is paramount that we continue to explore strategies for breaking down barriers, advancing equity, and fostering a more inclusive environment within our communities, organizations, and beyond.
