Ronald D. Ciotti, partner in the Construction & Public Contracts Practice Group, will be a featured speaker at the Modular Building Institute’s (MBI) World of Modular 2026 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Ron’s session, “Tariffs, Refunds & Risk: Navigating the U.S. Supreme Court’s Decision,” will cut through the uncertainty created by the Court’s recent 6-3 ruling striking down many of President Trump’s tariffs. The session will address which tariffs were eliminated, which remain in effect, how the Trump Administration has responded, and what the decision means for businesses in the modular construction industry. Attendees will leave with practical knowledge to assess whether their company is eligible for tariff refunds and, if so, how to calculate, prepare, and submit a successful refund claim.
