New Hampshire Bar Association: Cybersecurity Update for NH Attorneys

Hinckley Allen Partner, Chair of the Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection Group, and Co-Chair of the Artificial Intelligence Practice, B. Stephanie Siegmann, will serve as a featured speaker during the New Hampshire Bar Association CLE program, “Cybersecurity Update for NH Attorneys,” on June 11, 2026. The live webcast program will provide New Hampshire practitioners with a practical overview of today’s rapidly evolving cyber threat landscape and strategies for responding to cybersecurity incidents.

Together with Josh Larocca, Managing Director at Kroll, Stephanie will discuss the growing risks of today’s most significant threats, including ransomware attacks, business email compromise schemes, phishing, social engineering, deepfakes, and AI-enabled fraud. The program will also examine attorneys’ ethical obligations related to cybersecurity, including duties of competence, confidentiality, supervision, incident response planning, and breach notification requirements.

Stephanie advises clients on cybersecurity incidents, internal investigations, regulatory compliance, data privacy, and national security matters. Prior to joining Hinckley Allen, Stephanie served as a federal prosecutor and National Security Chief in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts.
