VIRTUAL EVENT: Developers Forum Program

Date:
Time:

Partner Timothy S. Hollister will join an esteemed panel and lead a discussion on structural inequities in land use, and how zoning applications can be used to challenge illegality. From Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Connecticut:

“Tim will be followed by Attorney Erin Boggs who will introduce the Open Communities Alliance and discuss its search for a town with exclusionary zoning, and how it settled on the town of Woodbridge. The discussion will continue with a briefing by Attorney Anika Singh Lemar and the Yale Law School team regarding the zone change the application. They will explain key parts of the application including visuals of how the existing regulations exclude multi-family and affordable housing, what the proposed text amendment allows and why.

Lastly, HBRA Members Tony Denorfia and Jack Kemper will discuss the site plan as an illustration of the proposed zoning text amendment with slides. Anika’s colleagues Patrick Holland and Nathan Cummings will explain how the hearing has unfolded, opposition points and responses.”
