Christine E. Dieter Joins Hinckley Allen’s Litigation Practice as an Associate


Hinckley Allen is pleased to welcome Christine E. Dieter to its Litigation practice, where she focuses the majority of her work with the Labor & Employment group, but will also be available for general commercial litigation matters. Christine was most recently an Associate at Goodwin Procter.

Christine has extensive experience representing clients in complex business litigation, including contract and real property disputes, antitrust pharmaceutical litigation, and mortgage-backed securities litigation. She has successfully defended a company in a contract dispute with a third-party marketer and provided trademark advice to companies in intellectual property disputes. Christine also focuses a portion of her practice on appellate litigation. Christine was a Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts, Honorable Joseph L. Tauro and an intern for Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, Honorable Barbara A. Lenk. Christine has done extensive pro bono work focused on advancing LGBTQ equality.

Christine earned her J.D. from Boston University School of Law, where she was a member of the editorial board of the Boston University Law Review. Christine received a B.A. in Sociology and B.Mus. in bassoon performance from Oberlin College and Conservatory of Music.
