Hinckley Allen Associate Named as Board Member of Providence Children’s Museum


Hinckley, Allen & Snyder LLP is pleased to announce that James Nagelberg, an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation and White Collar Defense Groups, has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of Providence Children’s Museum.

The mission of Providence Children’s Museum is to inspire and celebrate learning through active play and exploration. The Museum creates and presents interactive exhibits and programs designed to meet the developmental needs of children ages 1 to 11. Rhode Island’s only museum for children, their families and caregivers opened to the public in 1977 in Pawtucket where it operated for 20 years.

“We’re excited to welcome the new class to our Board of Directors,” said Museum Executive Director Janice O’Donnell.  “They represent a variety of areas of influence and expertise.  Mr. Nagelberg brings his legal expertise and a contagious enthusiasm for the Children’s Museum.  I know he’ll be a tremendous asset.”

Marc Crisafulli, Managing Partner at the Firm, has been re-elected as Vice President of the Museum’s Board of Directors for a second term.

Leon Boghossian, Partner in the Firm’s Trusts & Estates group, continues to serve on the Board of Overseers.
