Stephen D. Rosemarino, Associate
Rosemarino joined the firm on Monday, January 27, 2020 as a Construction Associate in the Albany office. Before joining Hinckley Allen, Stephen was an Associate at McNamee Lochner P.C. in Albany, NY, where he focused on Construction Law and Commercial Litigation. He was also an Associate at Couch White, LLP, and an Excelsior Fellow/Attorney at N.Y.S. Workers’ Compensation Board in the Waiver Agreement Management Office. In 2019, Stephen was recognized as a Rising Star in the Upstate New York Edition of Super Lawyers Magazine for Construction Litigation.
Stephen earned a B.S. in Accounting from Siena College, and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Albany Law School. He is admitted in New York.
Tavish M. Brown, Associate
Brown joined the firm on Monday, February 3, 2020 as a Construction Associate in the Manchester office. Prior to joining Hinckley Allen, Tavish was an Associate at Devine, Millimet & Branch, P.A. in Manchester, NH, where he focused on Construction Law and Commercial Litigation, among a variety of other civil litigation matters.
Tavish earned a B.A. in Social Theory and the Business Environment at Western Washington University, and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. He is admitted in New Hampshire.
