Hinckley Allen is proud to announce that our Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer Charles Reppucci was recently elected chairman of the Board of Directors of Care New England, an integrated health care system located in Rhode Island.

Charlie joined the Butler Hospital board in 1984 and became a member of the Care New England board in 1996. He went on to serve as a member of Care New England’s Governance and Nominating, Strategic Planning, Compensation, and Finance Committees, and was also elected vice chairman of the board in 2012.

Alongside Hinckley Allen’s Managing Partner David Rubin, Charlie provides leadership and strategic direction to the firm by overseeing executive management teams, including practice group chairpersons and administrative support. Reppucci’ s leadership experience prior to joining Hinckley Allen in 1986 includes his work at Old Stone Bank, Rhode Island Federal Savings & Loan, and Christiansen & Company CPAs.

Active in his community Charlie serves as vice chair of the board of the Rhode Island Blood Center, past chairman of Vector Health Systems, and former treasurer of the Legal Aid Society of Rhode Island. Learn more about Charlie’s new role from the Providence Business News Q&A.
