Hinckley Allen is pleased to welcome Ana E. Tovar as an associate in the firm’s Construction & Public Contracts Group, based in the Fort Lauderdale, FL office. Ana’s practice focuses on general and complex commercial litigation, with experience in corporate and commercial litigation matters, commercial and investment arbitration, and cross-border transactions.
Ana earned her J.D. from Florida International University College of Law, where she graduated as salutatorian and served as a Senior Staff Member of the FIU Law Review. She also holds an LL.M. from Columbia University Law School and a law degree from the Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in Venezuela.
Ana is a member of the American Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association, the Miami International Arbitration Society, and the Young Lawyers and International Law Sections of The Florida Bar.
