Hinckley Allen Expands Trusts and Estates Group


Lisa P. StaronHinckley Allen has expanded its Trusts & Estates group with the addition of Hartford-based attorney Lisa P. Staron as a partner at the firm. The Firm continues to grow its trusts and estates team including recent hires in the Providence office.

“Our clients are looking for trusted advisors to help them preserve their legacies for future generations, and Lisa brings the skills and experience needed to ensure that these estates will be administered according their wishes,” said David J. Rubin, Managing Partner at Hinckley Allen.

Lisa’s practice includes estate, tax, and business succession planning, and estate and trust administration. She also has significant experience representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in complex trust and estates litigation, including will contests, trustee surcharge and removal litigation, contested accountings, contested conservatorships and guardian proceedings, and trust and will construction actions. In addition to her litigation practice, Lisa has considerable experience with alternative dispute resolution procedures, including mediation and arbitration.

Lisa has bar memberships in Connecticut, the United States Supreme Court, and United States Tax Court.
