Hinckley Allen is pleased to announce that Partner B. Stephanie Siegmann has been appointed Vice Chair of the Global Programs Committee of the Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA).
WWCDA, founded in 1999, is a global organization dedicated to promoting equal opportunity for women in white collar defense and compliance work. With more than 4,500 members across 51 chapters in North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific, WWCDA facilitates business development, provides educational programming, and supports professional growth for attorneys and other professionals in the field. It has 16 standing committees, including the Global Programs Committee, that lead and coordinate the organization’s many initiatives and events worldwide.
Stephanie’s appointment reflects her ongoing commitment to fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among peers in the white-collar defense community. In her new role, she will help guide global programming that promotes connection and learning across WWCDA’s international membership.

Leveraging her extensive trial experience as a former Navy JAG and longtime federal prosecutor, Stephanie is nationally recognized for her work in cybersecurity, national security, export controls, sanctions, and government enforcement matters. She is Chair of Hinckley Allen’s International Trade & National Security group and Co-Chair of the firm’s Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection, and Artificial Intelligence practice groups. Over her 25-year career, she has overseen hundreds of complex investigations, tried dozens of federal cases, and handled some of the nation’s highest-profile national security prosecutions. Her breadth of experience, spanning internal investigations, crisis management, cyber incident response, and defense of companies and individuals in sensitive enforcement matters, has made her a trusted leader in high-stakes litigation and regulatory compliance.
