John Sokul, has been named Lawyer of the Year in Land Use & Zoning Law

John’s practice is focused on commercial real estate transactions, zoning, and land use. He represents owners, developers, retailers, and investors in the acquisition, permitting, development, financing, and leasing of commercial properties and shopping centers. 

John is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and regularly appears before planning and zoning boards and other regulatory agencies for land use and development projects.  He is an associate member of CIBOR and is a long-term member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. 

John also has significant experience in negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements and related documents for complex commercial real estate transactions.
