Hinckley Allen Partner Noble F. Allen Named 2018 USLAW NETWORK O’Hagan Award Recipient

Hinckley Allen is proud to announce Noble F. Allen’s recognition as a recipient of the 2018 USLAW NETWORK O’Hagan Award. The award is given annually to a USLAW member in recognition of outstanding, service, and commitment to the organization’s guiding principles, mission, and objectives.

Noble’s commitment to diversity and advocacy within the organization was recognized by John D. Cromie, the immediate past chair of USLAW NETWORK. John states, “Noble raised the issue of diversity and inclusion to the Board, and he brought it to the forefront of our strategic discussions. We proudly acknowledge Noble’s commitment and vision to not only present the issue but also for being an advocate for it within the organization. Even after Noble served his tenure on the Board, he accepted my request to assume additional leadership duties and lead our Diversity Council. He was selfless as he took the lead and guided us to formally incorporate this important initiative into USLAW’s culture.”

We are proud of Noble’s recognition and his commitment to USLAW NETWORK,” says David J. Rubin, Managing Partner at Hinckley Allen. “In his six years as Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee at Hinckley Allen, he has made valuable contributions and is continually focused on creating a diverse, welcoming workplace across the firm.”

Noble also spearheaded a new internship program with Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity in which undergraduate students are offered hands-on experience with the legal profession, as well as professional skill-building workshops.
