Hinckley Allen is pleased to welcome Scott A. McQuilkin as Counsel to the Firm’s Construction & Public Contracts Group. McQuilkin most recently served as Special Counsel at Duane Morris LLP.
McQuilkin’s practice is focused on the areas of construction and general litigation. He advises owners, contractors, and developers in all aspects of the construction process, including negotiation, arbitration, and litigation of contract disputes and contract development. He brings more than 20 years of experience to Hinckley Allen, including:
- Negotiating and drafting design and construction contracts on behalf of owners and contractors
- Litigating various construction disputes successfully, including public bid protests, defective work claims, termination claims, and insurance coverage claims
- Counseling clients on permitting and zoning issues
