Hinckley Allen is pleased to welcome Lynne Barry Dolan as Counsel to the Firm’s Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group. Lynne is a seasoned business attorney with a diverse legal background. After earning her CPA at a multinational accounting firm in Washington, DC, and graduating from law school at Georgetown University, she embarked on her legal career in corporate law. Later, she founded her own boutique law firm focusing on employee benefits and executive compensation for large private and public companies. Her experience includes:
- Advising clients on employee benefit plan and executive compensation issues;
- Handling benefit and compensation issues arising out of mergers, acquisitions and other corporate transactions;
- Representing clients in connection with Internal Revenue Service and Department of Labor audits;
- Representing clients in litigation relating to executive compensation and employment termination, ERISA, fiduciary duty, shareholder disputes, estate/family conflicts, unfair trade practices, and employment discrimination.
