Hinckley Allen Welcomes New Litigation Associate


Hinckley Allen is proud to welcome a new attorney to its Albany office. Christopher V. Fenlon has joined the firm as a member of the litigation practice group.

Chris most recently worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Mae A. D’Agostino in the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Prior to working as a Law Clerk, Chris was an associate at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP in Albany where he practiced in commercial litigation with a focus on antitrust. Chris had responsibility for, among other things, drafting briefs in opposition to motions to dismiss and motions for summary judgment. He also handled all phases of discovery, including briefing and arguing motions to compel. Chris was active in pro bono inmate civil rights litigation. He received his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law and his B.A. in Political Science from Saint Michael’s College.
