Hinckley Allen’s Intellectual Property Practice Gains Valuable Insight With New Partner, Thomas F. Dunn

Hinckley Allen is pleased to welcome Thomas F. Dunn to the firm’s Boston office as partner in the Intellectual Property practice group. Tom joins the firm from Morse Barnes-Brown & Pendleton.

Tom counsels clients on the selection, screening, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement of trademarks both domestically and internationally. He also has extensive experience with intercompany agreements such as manufacturing, licensing, reseller, distribution, strategic alliance, e-commerce, non-competition, and other agreements.

“Hinckley has a reputation for excellence,” said Tom. “I’m pleased to join the firm and contribute my expertise to the group’s wide-ranging capabilities.”
