Jessica Y. Wang, a partner in the firm’s Real Estate Group, has been elected a Fellow of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys (ACMA®). Her membership is effective immediately, and she will be formally inducted at the College’s Annual Meeting on September 18, 2026, in Santa Barbara, California.
Formed in 1974, ACMA is the leading organization of mortgage law and real estate finance practitioners in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. Fellows are recognized by their peers for distinguished practice based on their legal skills, knowledge, experience, and professionalism. ACMA currently has 532 Fellows throughout North America.
Jessica focuses her practice on commercial real estate finance and development. She represents banks and other lending institutions in syndicated and bilateral real estate loans, both locally and nationally, with broad experience negotiating and closing acquisition, construction, permanent, and mezzanine loans for multifamily, hotel, retail, office, data center, and industrial properties. She also advises real estate developers on financing, acquisition, and leasing of complex projects. Jessica is a member of the Real Estate & Finance Association (RE&FA) and serves on the Board of Directors of the international legal network of Globalaw.
