Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly Names B. Stephanie Siegmann a “Go To Lawyer”


B. Stephanie Siegmann has been named a “Go To Cybersecurity/Data Privacy Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly. Stephanie is a litigation partner, Co-Chair of the Cybersecurity, Privacy & Data Protection group and Chair of the International Trade & National Security group.

Stephanie leverages her extensive and vast trial experience as a former Navy JAG and national security prosecutor, and specializes in handling cyber incidents and complex internal investigations as well as high-stakes civil and criminal litigation matters. As a sought-after cybersecurity authority, Stephanie has been featured in many esteemed publications, such as Bloomberg, Boston Globe, Reuters, Wired, Financial Times, Export Compliance Manager, and Law360 as a result of her vast experience and knowledge. Stephanie frequently writes articles and speaks at conferences on issues related to cyber and national security matters. She has led cyber incident response and data breach investigations for companies of all sizes and types. Before joining Hinckley Allen, Stephanie spent over 18 years as a national security prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts (USAO/MA). As a result, Stephanie acutely understands the current threat landscape facing businesses and is uniquely positioned to assist organizations in preparing for, investigating, and mitigating risks of all kinds.
