BTI Most Recommended Law Firms 2021 draws on data collected in BTI Consulting Group’s ongoing surveys of general counsels and other top legal decision makers. Between April 3, 2020 and June 17, 2021, BTI conducted more than 350 in-depth interviews with legal decision makers at large organizations having $700 million or more in revenue.

BTI outlined five components of superior client service that drive a willingness to recommend, which included: delivering an excellent client experience, mobilizing quickly, being easy to engage, developing custom solutions, and incorporating deep industry insight.
