Among her recent successes, she helped secure a favorable resolution for a former executive facing federal criminal charges related to alleged false statements concerning medical devices used for blood lead testing. Following extensive pre-indictment advocacy and trial preparation, the team negotiated the dismissal of all fraud charges, resulting in a non-incarceration sentence. She has also led significant institutional investigations, including a year-long investigation into systemic misconduct and safety concerns within a Massachusetts public school system that contributed to meaningful organizational reforms.
Lindsey represents general contractors, construction managers, subcontractors, project owners, and suppliers in complex commercial and construction disputes in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings. She has played a key role in several significant victories for construction industry clients, including the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court’s decision in J.C. Cannistraro, LLC v. Columbia Construction Co., which reinforced the strong public policy favoring arbitration and clarified the application of the Massachusetts Prompt Pay Act. She was also a member of the trial team that secured a complete victory for J.K. Scanlan Company in a high-profile construction dispute, obtaining a nearly $1.8 million jury verdict while defeating all counterclaims asserted against the client.
