Alexander Queen is an associate in Hinckley Allen’s Corporate & Business Transactions Group, where he focuses on complex commercial finance transactions. He represents financial institutions, lenders, borrowers, and developers across a wide range of financing matters, including asset-based, corporate and industrial, commercial real estate, affordable housing, and renewable energy financing. Drawing on his background in project finance and transactional work, Alex brings a detail-oriented, analytical approach to the corporate matters he handles for the firm’s clients.
Prior to joining Hinckley Allen, Alex developed his practice at a national law firm, where he focused on financing utility-scale and community-level renewable energy projects, guiding clients through debt financings, tax equity investments, and tax credit transfers.
Alex is also committed to pro bono service. During law school, he partnered with environmental organizations and professional advocates through the Bluhm Legal Clinic’s Environmental Advocacy Center, addressing energy policy issues in proceedings before the Illinois Commerce Commission.
