Daniel D’Aprile, Jr. focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance and other complex commercial transactions. Daniel represents banks, private lenders and other lending institutions in commercial mortgage loan transactions.
Daniel also has extensive experience counseling buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions transactions, as well as in other company purchase and sale transactions. Additionally, businesses choose Daniel’s practical guidance in entity formation, governance and commercial issues, financing transactions, and commercial leasing.
Prior to joining private practice, Daniel served as a clerk in the Connecticut Superior Court in the judicial district of Hartford.
