Ian A. Lutz

AssociateBoston

Ian A. Lutz is an associate in Hinckley Allen’s Litigation Group, where he represents clients in complex commercial disputes and other civil litigation matters. His experience in federal court informs his approach to analyzing legal and factual issues, developing written arguments, and advancing matters through litigation.

Before joining Hinckley Allen, Ian served as a term law clerk to the Honorable Marianne B. Bowler, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. In that role, he prepared bench memoranda, researched anticipated issues of law, and supported the Court in advance of mediations, status conferences, and motion hearings.
