Jordana Goldstein is an experienced litigator resolving complex construction and commercial matters. Jordana is a determined and dedicated advocate who prosecutes and defends claims on behalf of her construction industry clients in state and federal court, arbitration, and mediation. She also assists clients in preparing and negotiating contracts for public and private projects. With over 25 years of experience, Jordana is among a few female Board Certified Construction Lawyers in the State of Florida, a distinction bestowed upon lawyers deemed to be specialists in the field of construction law. Jordana is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association.

Jordana’s focused construction litigation practice includes representing general contractors, subcontractors, owners/developers, design professionals, surveyors, material manufacturers, government entities, and sureties. Clients choose Jordana to assist them because of her diligence and extensive experience handling contract disputes, construction liens, defect claims, project delay/impact claims, payment and performance bond claims, design errors and omissions/professional liability claims, and licensing and regulatory compliance. Jordana is known not only for her strategic thinking and problem solving skills, but also her approachable, personable style. She is a deeply trusted, well connected lawyer who achieves significant results for clients.

Before joining Hinckley Allen as a partner in the firm’s Construction & Public Contracts Practice Group, Jordana was a partner in a highly regarded construction and commercial litigation boutique law firm. Her experience also includes serving as a Judicial Clerk for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Broward County, Florida.
