Joseph “Jed” Messina is an associate in Hinckley Allen’s Construction & Public Contracts group, where his practice focuses on sophisticated construction disputes and related litigation. Drawing on direct experience supervising construction projects and crews, Jed brings a practical understanding of the operational issues that can shape construction disputes.
Before joining Hinckley Allen, Jed supervised natural gas pipeline construction projects, coordinating permitting and scheduling with local and state officials and leading construction crews. He later practiced tax controversy at an international law firm, where he drafted federal court filings, conducted legal research, and managed discovery. Jed also serves as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve and brings more than a decade of leadership experience to his legal practice.
