Her experience includes representing and advising clients in retail, health and wellness, and hospitality sectors, as well as counseling early-stage technology companies. Maddie’s practice includes extensive experience in financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and advising clients on entity formation, corporate governance, commercial lease negotiations, and contract negotiation and review.
