Maggie Heffernan is an associate in Hinckley Allen’s Litigation Group, where she represents clients in corporate and commercial disputes. Her practice includes contract disputes, commercial real estate matters, and appellate issues. Maggie approaches each matter with a strong focus on the legal and factual issues at its core, developing clear, well-supported arguments at each stage of litigation.
Before joining Hinckley Allen, Maggie served as a judicial law clerk to the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Working closely with the Court on a range of appellate matters gave her firsthand insight into appellate procedure, judicial decision-making, and the development of persuasive legal arguments. She draws on that experience when analyzing complex issues and advocating for her clients.
