Mark O’Leary is Hinckley Allen’s Chief Operating Officer, working closely with firm management to drive organizational efficiency and help implement the firm’s strategic growth initiatives. Prior to joining Hinckley Allen, Mark was the COO/CFO at Brown Rudnick LLP.

Mark is a proven financial and professional services leader. He began his career at a Big Four accounting firm and later served as Controller at Ropes & Gray. His other experience includes work at Pepsi, MediaOne, Schooner Capital, and FitzGerald Communications.
